Remote's billing surface mapped to the FinOps Framework / FOCUS 1.0 data specification. Remote bills per-seat (per-employee, per-contractor) for its core services plus pass-through costs for statutory contributions, benefits, expenses, incentives, and payroll-delivery fees. Itemized breakdowns are exposed via `/v1/billing_documents/{id}/breakdown` and emitted via the `billing_document.issued` webhook.
